• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Interested in consistent management of server resources, databases, and data files.
• Proficient in SQL queries.
• Able to create shell scripts for Linux OS.
• Understands server configuration and networking devices (switches & routers).
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus.
• Able to prepare well-structured reports.

• Provide system incident support for users (helpdesk, technical analysis, temporary or long-term solutions, along with reporting).
• Coordinate with various teams to release patches and product updates.
• Handle routine daily processing and server monitoring activities.
